Why the model number alone may not be enough
A model number identifies a forklift family and configuration, but it may not identify the production range of an individual truck. The serial number helps distinguish production changes within the same model family.
Why an OE number from a similar model may be incorrect
An OE number found under a similar forklift model is a candidate reference, not automatic fitment confirmation. Model prefixes and suffixes may indicate different engines, transmissions, market specifications, or other configurations. Serial-number breaks and running production changes may also change the applicable component.
An OE number copied from the existing part, original packaging, label, or previous purchasing record is a useful search key. A number found through another model, an online listing, a forum, or an unverified catalogue should be checked before ordering.
Can an old OE number be used?
Yes. Send the complete old OE number exactly as printed, including all suffixes and formatting. We will check whether a verified supersession exists and identify the latest applicable OE number.
Some old OE numbers may lead to different current references depending on the forklift model, serial range, engine, or installed configuration. Additional machine information may therefore be required before the latest applicable reference can be confirmed.
When additional component information is required
For engine, mast, transmission, controller, pump, or attachment-related parts, send the corresponding component model, serial number, tag, or casting information when available.

How the Parts Identification Process Works
1. Start with an OE number or truck information. Send the complete OE number if known. Without an OE number, send the full forklift model and serial number, preferably with a clear photo of the complete nameplate.
2. Add the part details. Provide the part name, function, installed location, clear photos, quantity, destination, and any relevant component information.
3. Review the available evidence. We search using the supplied OE number or identify the application from the model and serial number. Additional evidence may be requested when the information is incomplete or conflicting.
4. Resolve application differences. Component tags, photos, measurements, connector arrangements, mounting points, or production-range information may be required before an application-sensitive part can be confirmed.
5. Prepare the quotation. Once the available evidence supports the application, the quotation can state the offered reference, quantity, lead-time information, and applicable packing or export scope.
